Once our custom AlarmCloud firmware is downloaded into a device it can be used as a universal IP Dialer Capture Module for any alarm panel or medical PERS monitoring device that supports the Contact ID alarm protocol.
Not only is the up-front equipment cost low, but the feature list is high. The connection of Cisco/Linksys devices into the Linksys Cloud allows you to receive alarm signals directly into your alarm monitoring software, switch to 2-way voice for audio verification, remotely program any alarm panel over the Internet and trigger the recording of images for video verification. All of this is accomplished by using hardware manufactured by Cisco/Linksys that has been proven to be robust since 2004 with millions of devices in the field.

All Alarm Formats Supported
It doesn't matter which alarm format/protocol you use as long as your existing analog alarm receiver supports it. We take alarm signals over IP, put them back onto a PSTN(POTS) line and your trusty analog alarm receiver takes care of the rest. Just like it has done for years over regular phone lines. There is Zero Configuration required within your monitoring facility.
